Agentori

About Agentori

Building the AI-driven sales platform Japan's rental brokerages, property managers, and operators actually need — for the multilingual reality they actually operate in.

Mission

Japan's residential rental market handles a growing share of foreign-tenant inquiries — in English, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and other languages most rental teams aren't staffed to answer in real time. The cost shows up as lost deals: 78% of inquiries go to whoever responds first.

Agentori is the AI-driven sales platform built for that reality. We read, reply, qualify, and follow up in the inquirer's language — automatically — and hand the high-confidence work off to your team in Japanese, with full context attached. Not a chatbot. Not a generic CRM. An action layer that executes.

We're an early-stage company based in Shibuya, Tokyo, building this with our first enterprise partner — a Tokyo-based residential rental operator focused on foreign tenants. Currently in the Open Network Lab Spring 2026 cohort.
